She's confident even the biggest sprout haters will be converted, saying: "These are possibly the best sprouts you will ever try. And they're all made in the air fryer, not one other step. You just throw it all in, it's very simple. "It's that easy, you can actually make it on the day, and sprouts are the best.".

Then, add chopped chestnuts, give it a shake and cook again for about five to 10 minutes, depending on your preference for crispiness.
