A MAN has been arrested after a two-year-old boy was killed in a crash. West Midlands Police (WMP) said in a statement this evening: "We've this afternoon arrested a man after a two-year-old boy tragically died following a collision in Smethwick. "We acted on information and detained a 30-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in Dartmouth Road on Saturday evening (14 December).
