In a video from her hospital bed, Lara advised her fans to pack a 'go bag' with essentials to ease the stress of unexpected hospital visits. 'Ending up in hospital is scary, stressful and strange but having some of your essentials and creature comforts can lessen the anxiety' she wrote.

Lara then listed items she wished she had packed, including clean underwear, a hairbrush, fuzzy socks, makeup wipes, and a phone charger. She continued: 'Pack a GO bag so you are ready just in case. A few things I wish I had clean knickers lol, hair brush, fuzzy socks, makeup wipes, baby wipes, toothbrush, book ,charger, pjs, eye mask, ear plugs and the list goes on.
