The 83-year-old homemaking expert - who recently admitted she doesn't know how to check her DMs - took to Instagram to reveal that her pet pooch, named Creme Brûlée, had undergone surgery and ultimately had her eye removed.
Martha's Frenchie named Creme Brûlée sadly had to have her left eye removed at the vets.
Martha's followers were quick to comment on the post as one person wrote: 'Oh no, so sorry Martha.'.
Last month, Martha revealed on Instagram that she had adopted a rescue cat called Magnolia.
