Khan has now been jailed for 27 months after he admitted making threats of death or serious harm contrary to the Online Safety Act.
Birmingham Crown Court was told the 11 second clip was shared on far-Right social media accounts after being posted on X by Khan's pal.
The court heard Khan has 11 previous convictions for 15 offences, including racially aggravated public order offences in 2009 and 2013.
Habeeb Khan, 49, was seen in the "inflammatory" video ranting at the camera as he targeted the English Defence League.
