Maya Jama has hit back at rumours she's quitting Love Island with a cheeky quip. The 30-year-old TV host appeared in a promo video for the new Love Island: All Stars, which is set to air on ITV2 and ITVX in the New Year. In the short clip posted on the ITV Instagram page, an artist is seen painting a picture of Maya as she strikes a regal pose in a corseted puff ball dress with a long train that she teams with a golden heart topped scepter.

As the artist tells her: "Madame, it's finished," Maya replies: "Finished? We're just getting started." The music then cuts to a classical version of the Love Island theme tune as it's revealed Maya will be back to present Love Island when the latest series kicks off on January 13.

In the caption it says: "Petition for @mayajama to carry a bejeweled golden scepter wherever she goes. Love Island All Stars starts Monday 13th January at 9pm #LoveIsland." And fans are here for it, with one saying of Maya: "SHE IS SO MOTHER." Another posted: "We are so backkk!".

It had been reported that Maya planned to quit the UK, prompting rumours she would no longer be hosting the reality TV show. But when the All Stars series - which is filmed in South Africa - kicks off, Maya is said to be making Cape Town her home and will no longer commute back to the UK during filming.

And Maya herself took to her Instagram stories to let fans know she isn't going anywhere. She wrote: "I will be presenting Love Island next year and have no plans to leave right now. Filmed the promo a couple of days ago actually. Fake news is fake news-ing as usual.".
