Meghan Markle's pregnancy cravings revealed during Canada trip with Prince Harry Meghan Markle opened up about her pregnancy cravings to chef Vikram Vij after dining at his Vancouver restaurant, the restauranteur has revealed.
The couple attended the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games, with a body language expert telling The Mirror that Meghan took on the role as Prince Harry's "cheerleader" for the event.
"When Meghan picked up two big blue pom-poms and danced with them above her head, it was a fitting, symbolic gesture as her body language at the games so far seems to very emphatically define her in the role of Harry's cheerleader and number one fan," she said.
Meghan and Prince Harry welcomed Prince Archie into the world in May 2019, before giving birth to daughter Princess Lilibet in June 2021.
She said: "As he sat looking bashful with his lips sucked in or threw a cheeky double thumbs-up during some banter from Chris Martin, Meghan performed mouth-puckered smiles of pride or 'seal-clapped' him to his face, a form of clapping with the hands pointing upward that registers praise and recognition.".
