A Met Police spokesperson said: “Around 11pm on Thursday, February 20, a police car responding to a call was involved in a collision with a traffic island in Long Lane, Hillingdon.
The crash occurred at around 11pm on Thursday, February 20, as a police vehicle headed to an incident and collided with three other vehicles in Long Lane, Hillingdon.
Dramatic footage posted on X show the car completely overturned, as fellow officers imposed a cordon around the scene.
A multi-car collision in west London saw Met Police officers taken to hospital.
Three other vehicles were damaged in the incident, though nobody was injured.
