Million Dollar Listing star Josh Altman says celebrities will not be moving back to Pacific Palisades after the devastating LA fires destroyed thousands of homes. The Palisades fire, which broke out on Tuesday, January 7, has seen countless celebrities including Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, Billy Crystal and Milo Ventimiglia lose their houses.
Celebrity real estate agent Altman, 45, says he believes stars will now flee to surrounding areas Brentwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Bel Air instead of returning to the glitzy town. He told TMZ: 'I strongly believe that 50 per cent of the people who lived in the Palisades are not going to be moving back.
'Brentwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Bel Air markets will go up, people want to be as close to normalcy as possible. 'Palisades is the all-American town, these kids that are five years old, there's a chance, it could be four to five years before they're back.'.
