Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about her first Christmas without Tommy Fury. The pair who found fame on Love Island back in 2019 had been crowned the "It" couple, despite finishing in second place. Molly-Mae, 25, and boxer Tommy, also 25, appeared to have it all as they documented their relationship with fans. Over the course of their relationship, they went from strength to strength, welcoming their daughter Bambi in January 2023 and becoming engaged in July of the same year.
However, just over a year after Tommy got down on one knee, their relationship came crashing down with social media star Molly announcing that the pair had split, leaving their millions of fans shocked. Just hours after their split was announced, social media users had speculated that Tommy had cheated on Molly.
But sources close to the Manchester-born sportsman revealed to the Mirror that this was far from the case and he had been left "distraught" by the "false allegations." Since their split on August 14, the pair have continued to co-parent their daughter but it appears to have taken a toll on Molly-Mae.
The YouTuber has now opened up about her first Christmas as a single mum and was left tearful as she reflected on the festive period. Lying in bed alongside a teddy bear, Molly told her YouTube subscribers: "It's been an emotional rollercoaster this Christmas, as I knew it would be, and that's fine.
"But do you know what, I've had better up moments than I've had down and I would really put that down to my amazing family and my amazing sister who doesn't ever really get a shoutout enough from me. Without being soppy because we don’t do soppy Zoe and I, we're not those kinds of sisters, but I genuinely have the best sister on the planet.".
