Molly-Mae Hague has courageously opened up about feeling "heavy" emotionally, revealing she found comfort in a "big cry" after facing a tough time parenting alone. The Love Island favourite, 25, got real with her YouTube fans about navigating her first Christmas as a mother post-breakup with former fiance Tommy Fury, also 25. The duo, who are parents to one year old Bambi, have been co-parenting since their unexpected split in August.
Ahead of the festive celebrations, Molly-Mae, 25, confessed to feeling "low and deflated" as she grappled with her mental health. Her feelings intensified after a visit to Lapland UK with her best friend Tayla-Blue, where she shared that her little one "hated" the experience.
In an honest moment from her latest December vlog, the founder of Maebe fashion brand recounted how the weekend was "incredibly hard.". She explained: "The reality is is that Bambi really didn't enjoy Lapland UK. I absolutely adored it, I thought it was magical, but Bambi is just a really sensitive child and it was a massive sensory overload for her and she was very, very overwhelmed.".
"Honestly the whole weekend at Taylor and Jack's she just cried - she cried for two days straight - and that was very very heavy for me. I don't know why I keep using the word heavy but it's the only way to describe how I feel, it's heavy. I don't really think I have anything else to say on that other than I had a good cry this evening and i let it all out.".
