Rain Hannah was rushed to the hospital after her Motley Crue singer boyfriend's plane collided with another aircraft at an Arizona airport on Monday.
Cops said the landing gear on Neil's plane failed, which caused it to streak off the runway and smash into the other jet.
One person was killed and three others, including Hannah and her friend, were hurt in the incident, officials said.
