La Palma, a Norwegian produced show has already gained plenty of attention just days after being added to the streaming platform.
While the island of La Palma is a real place, and Cumbre Vieja really is the most active volcano on the Canary Islands, the show is purely fictional.
The official synopsis reads: "It's Christmas and high season when a Norwegian family checks into their favourite hotel on the island of La Palma.
It currently sits third behind fellow new releases spy thriller Black Doves and dark comedy No Good Deed which were also added this month.
