The original Ghosts series consists of 34 episodes, but the US version has already aired four seasons with a total of 50 episodes, outpacing its predecessor much like The Office US did with Ricky Gervais' original series.
Just like its British counterpart, Ghosts US boasts a large ensemble cast, including Devan Chandler Long, Brandon Scott Jones, Rebecca Wisocky, Danielle Pinnock, Sheila Carrasco, Richie Moriarty and Asher Grodman.
The American version of Ghosts features iZombie's Rose McIver as Samantha 'Sam' Arondekar, taking on the equivalent role to Alison, while Never Have I Ever star Utkarsh Ambudkar plays Jayanth 'Jay' Arondekar, stepping into Mike's shoes.
Ghosts US is currently available for UK viewers to watch for free on BBC iPlayer, alongside its British equivalent.
Ghosts US holds a 97 percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, slightly edging out the British edition's 96 percent freshness score.
