Summary at a Glance

The first fight between Liam Cameron and Ben Whittaker ended in freak circumstances after both men toppled over the top rope.

Liam Cameron is adamant he will finish the job he started when he steps in the ring with Olympic silver medalist Ben Whittaker for the second time on April 20.

Cameron and Whittaker went toe-to-toe in Saudi Arabia in October, with the latter heavily favoured to extend his winning streak in the professional ranks.

But it was Cameron who began to get on top after a slow start before a freak incident at the end of the fifth round brought the fight to an abrupt end.

Cameron was willing to continue, but Whittaker complained of issues with his neck and ankle and the contest was waved off, with the judges subsequently scoring the bout a technical draw.
