Payne died aged 31 on October 16, 2024, after falling from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tributes poured in for the former singer, including touching posts from his girlfriend Kate Cassidy as well as his former bandmates and The X-Factor judge Simon Cowell.
Three months after his death, it has been announced the band’s hit documentary film will be available to watch at Odeon for one night only tomorrow (January 14). Proceeds from the screenings will be donated to various mental health charities, Odeon has announced.
