PAUL Danan’s celebrity mate Kris Boyson has revealed his emotional last messages from the Hollyoaks star before his death. Troubled telly star Paul passed away aged 46 on the day before he was due in court to face drug charges. Tributes poured in for the former soap actor.

One of which included Katie Price's ex Kris, 36, who posted a screenshot of his final exchange with the Celeb Big Brother alum. In the messages, Paul replies to a voicenote, saying: "Thank you so much man. You must of read my mind.". He went on to say: "Been feeling abit..." with Kris choosing to scribble out some of his words.

Paul continues: "Means a lot you sending this. Made me feel better. "You're a top man and well done for dealing with your issues it's an inspiration. Here if you need a chat x.". Kris replies: "Bless mate really appreciate that. X.". In his caption, he reflected on their final correspondence, writing: "Our last message, weird to think we won't be able to check up on eachother anymore. Helped eachother through some crap times. Lovely, decent bloke. Fly high my brother! R.I.P @pauldanan.".

Paul’s management company said in a statement today: “Known for his television presence, exceptional talent, and unwavering kindness, Paul was a beacon of light to so many. “His untimely departure will leave irreplaceable voids in the lives of all who knew him.”.
