An unnamed police officer has been suspended for leaking CCTV footage of the shocking clip, as voices in the background can be heard laughing and commenting on the distressing clip.
A 20-year-old woman, who has not been named, was at the Courtside Bar and Grill in Binghamton, New York, on December 27 at around 10.45pm when she was engulfed in flames after the drink was lit on fire before being served.
The clip showed a woman sitting at a bar when a fire breaks out in front of her face and another customer.
