Pop superstar set to perform huge show at 2025 Brit Awards ahead of UK tour after phenomenal 2024

The Brit Awards want to give Sabrina Carpenter a chance to celebrate her phenomenal achievements over the past 12 months with a huge performance at the ceremony, I can exclusively reveal. She spent 21 weeks at the top of the singles chart, got six Grammy nominations and kicked off her first arena tour, in support of No1 album Short N’ Sweet.
Now insiders tell me that organisers have been locked in talks for weeks with the Please Please Please singer’s team in an attempt to make it happen. A source said: “The Brit Awards is all about celebrating incredible musicians and Sabrina dominated 2024.
“They are in advanced negotiations to get her on stage at the show on March 1 and are pulling out all the stops to make sure it can happen. “Sabrina’s had a phenomenal year, and broke the record in the charts in the UK by becoming the youngest female artist to hold the No1 and No2 spot in the charts in the same week.
“She is a musician the Brits want to champion and they know that her performance would be a real ratings winner with all the viewers watching the ceremony at home on ITV.”. If the Brits do manage to nail down Sabrina we could be in for one hell of a night.
On Monday, we revealed that Chappell Roan, above, had been approached about performing at the bash, which is being held at London’s O2 Arena. Like Sabrina, fellow US singer Chappell had a stellar 2024, with her album The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess topping the charts.
