Anne has long been known as the hardest-working royal, although the King took the top spot in 2019 and 2020.
The Duke of Gloucester and Prince Edward came in joint third, completing 126 engagements, while Sophie Wessex came in fifth with 124 engagements.
The analysis comes as Buckingham Palace confirmed the King will continue undertaking duties, with his treatment 'moving in a positive direction' into 2025.
