Ruben Amorim reveals Patrick Dorgu plan after £29.4m signing is handed his Man United debut against Leicester in the FA Cup fourth round Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has revealed how he plans to ease new signing Patrick Dorgu into the team after handing the January signing his debut.
Despite having broken into the Lecce team as a left full back, Dorgu has spent large parts of this season playing as a right winger prior to his move to Man United.
Dorgu started in the right wing back role for the FA Cup fourth round tie against the struggling Foxes, with Diogo Dalot continuing on the left flank.
Speaking ahead of the match, Amorim told ITV Sport that Dorgu's left foot would be useful for his side, while suggesting he would use him on both flanks.
The England international has seen his position change in recent matches, operating as a No 10 in a recent Europa League tie, before playing as a false nine against Crystal Palace last Sunday.
