Even though the auction would help, Drew wasn’t sure if the proceeds would be enough to cover his costs.
Still, Drew felt the auction went reasonably well, though it didn’t bring in enough to finish the house.
“We’ll have to stop work on some parts of the house for now.” For the time being, he decided to focus on completing the top two floors, which would house his bedroom, bathroom, and guest rooms.
