Samsung has just confirmed the launch of its all new Galaxy S25 range which are now faster, smarter and way more powerful than anything the Korean company has unveiled before. All of these Android call makers - which include an S25, S25+ and ultimate S25 Ultra - had been widely rumoured and there weren't many surprises during the 90-minute keynote in California. However, just as things were coming to a close at the SAP Centre in San Jose, Samsung suddenly shocked the packed crowd with the tease of a new device called the Galaxy S25 Edge.

A short video gave a brief hint of what is to come with the device getting a super slim design that is clearly made for people who don't want a giant slab of glass squeezed into their pockets. There was also a prototype on display after the event had ended which gives a good idea of just how thin this thing will be when it, or if, launches. Other than its paper-thin appearance and dual-lens camera on the back, that's all we know for now with Samsung not giving any further details on price, specs or a release date.

One thing that does look certain is that S25 Edge could beat Apple's next iPhone to the punch. It's long been rumoured that the US technology giant will unveil an iPhone Air later this year which is also expected to be super skinny and less of a nightmare to pop in those skinny jeans.
