Sharon Osbourne was spotted back in the spotlight for the first time in months after opening up about her husband Ozzy Osbourne's deteriorating health. The TV star, 72, recently revealed the Black Sabbath frontman can no longer walk as his Parkinson's has gotten worse. She said the progressive disease 'affects different parts of the body and it's affected his leg'. She added that his singing voice 'is as good as it's ever been'.

It comes as it was announced the Prince of Darkness will hang up his crown in one final blowout dubbed "the greatest heavy metal show ever". He will return to the stage for one last time with Black Sabbath at Aston Villa's Villa Park on July 5. It will mark the first time that Black Sabbath's original line-up - Ozzy, Tony, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward - have played together in over 20 years. On Wednesday, Sharon - who said she's struggling to gain weight back after quitting Ozempic - was back in the spotlight as she took snaps to promote the event with the band's original guitarist Tony Iommi at Birmingham's Villa Park. In new snaps, she held up personalised Aston Villa shirts with Tony. For the promotional shoot, she rocked a white t-shirt under a sleek blue suit.

One picture had both Tony and Sharon hold up shirts as gazed seriously at the camera. Tony looked as cool as ever in an all-black fit. The summer reunion show will see the band joined by dozens of bands they inspired, including Metallica, Pantera, Slayer, Gojira and Anthrax. Ozzy, who had to pause his touring due to his Parkinson's battle, is due to play a short solo set before joining the bandmates on stage. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2020 and largely stepped back from touring after playing at the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in 2022.

His wife Sharon spoke of the gig in an interview with The Sun, saying: “He’s very happy to be coming back and very emotional about this. Parkinson’s is a progressive disease. It’s not something you can stabilise. It affects different parts of the body and it’s affected his legs. But his voice is as good as it’s ever been.”. With the duo focusing on his health, Ozzy is set to move back to the UK next month. "I have made it to 2025. I can’t walk, but you know what I was thinking over the holidays? For all my complaining, I’m still alive. I may be moaning that I can’t walk but I look down the road and there’s people that didn’t do half as much as me and didn’t make it," he said on SiriusXM.
