Sir Rod Steward continued to mark his milestone 80th birthday with dinner at swanky Mount Street Restaurant on Saturday evening - after returning from celebrating on a luxury family holiday in St Barts. The singer was joined by stunning wife Penny Lancaster, 53, lookalike son Aiden, 12, as well as famous pals including Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood, 77, and wife Sally, 47.
Sir Rod was as dapper as ever for the outing and layered a faux-fur trimmed coat over a black and gold suit ensemble which he teamed with sparkly shoes. Former Loose Women panelist Penny put on a very busty display as she slipped into a plunging pleated dress that hugged every inch of her jaw-dropping figure.
The stunner added extra height to her frame with strappy heels and wore a chic cream coat as she climbed into the back of the couple's swanky car following dinner. Meanwhile Aiden opted for an all black ensemble as he appeared to attend the flash affair without elder brother Alistair, 19.

On Tuesday Sir Rod's sun-soaked birthday bash came to an end, after he splashed out no-expense-spared holiday on a $150million super yacht travelling around the Caribbean with seven of his eight children. And his son Alastair has shared a series of sweet family group snaps as he gushed over the 'unforgettable' trip.
