Spencer Pratt visited the site where the Pacific Palisades, California home burned down on Thursday. It is amid ongoing wildfires in California that have scorched more than 10,300 homes and businesses, leaving 10 people dead. Pratt, 41, was seen rifling through the debris at the home he shared with Montag, 38, for crystals or other personal artifacts that might have potentially survived the blaze.
He was happy to pick out a cooking pot that survived the fire and said he was going to polish it back to its former glory. A metal box was badly burned but still intact as debris was draped over it. And a large crystal was intact. The reality TV star also took photos of a burnt tricycle belonging to one of his two children.
The Hills alum was clad in a black T-shirt and khaki shorts as he surveyed the damage of his home, which had a few walls standing in the aftermath. Pratt's visit Thursday came as officials said that in excess of 5,300 structures were damaged or decimates as result of the Palisades Fire, in addition to 5,000-plus structures destroyed in the Eaton Fire (close to Pasadena), according to the AP.
Authorities said the Palisades Fire was at six percent contained as of Thursday night.
