Stephen, 67, and comedian Elliott, 37, have been together for more than a decade, and the couple tied the knot back in 2015.
He said: "I don't care what people think, Stephen is the love of my life, the light of my life.
The couple have attracted some attention over the 30-year age difference between them, but Elliott told the Mirror in 2015 that he isn't phased by what other people.
