Sources indicate that the pressures of Tasha’s involvement in Strictly Come Dancing may have played a role in their breakup, often referred to as the 'Strictly Curse.' This term describes the tendency for relationships to suffer or end due to the intense nature of the BBC dance competition.
A source said this week: "Tasha was madly in love with Andrew but the cracks started to show when she appeared on Strictly. She gave her all in that competition. Her focus was purely on her dances with Aljaz and that drove a wedge between them as time went by.".
"Now she’s going off on tour she’s going to be away from Andrew again. They talked about ending their relationship at the start of January and she’s heading out on the Strictly tour as a single woman,” the added to The Sun. Tasha, 26, was partnered with Aljaž Škorjanec on the show and is set to continue dancing in the nationwide tour. Despite previously stating that the "Strictly curse" wouldn't affect their relationship, the couple has decided to part ways earlier in January. Tasha has since joined the celebrity dating app Raya, with the outlet sharing a photo of her dating profile.
The former Islander, has recently updated her profile on the exclusive dating app Raya. Her profile describes her as a "Northern girly" who is "always smiling and laughing." It features recent photographs, including one from December 19, where she is wearing a red dress captioned "Christmas party.".
