The episode, which was eighth in the third season, proved difficult for Jo, who battled not only rowdy children, by the 'intimidation and aggression' from their stepfather, John. 'I helped a family called the Nitti family in Florida and there was a gentleman, a man, who was living with his girlfriend at the time and they had four children,' she said.

['I would say that was pretty crazy for me at that moment. I was used to parents not agreeing, that's fine but not the physicality from the parents.' Jo said]
