The part-timers forced Spurs to extra-time and it took an unfortunate own goal to help them through. Tamworth, who are 16th in the fifth tier National League, caused Spurs problems throughout.

Both teams had chances to win it in normal time. But in extra-time, Tottenham got the goal as Nathan Tshikuna failed to sort his feet out and turned a low cross into the box. Dejan Kulusevski and Brennan Johnson then doubled their lead. THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY..
