The house hunting could be a sign that couple, who have been dating since summer 2023, are on the road to marriage. Meanwhile, Taylor is currently renovating her stunning seaside Rhode Island mansion - a project that will cost her $1.7 million. The star's vacation home will have a lavish upgrade, with plans to expand the 11,000 square foot house by an additional 400 square feet, according to a building permit and zoning certificate obtained by Us Weekly.
