Hours before making her way to watch the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Houston Texans, the pop star, 35, received praised for making a $250,000 contribution to the non-profit, which provides education and aid to children and families in poverty.

Operation Breakthrough, which has provided a safe and loving environment to Kansas City families since 1971, shared a heartwarming video on social media featuring of the children her donation went to supporting. 'Thank you, @taylorswift13, for making our holiday season shine even brighter! Your kindness and thoughtful 250K donation means the world to our children and families,' the organization wrote in posts on Instagram and Twitter.

In the footage, a number of kids and teenagers thanked Swift for her support and raved that that they all 'love' her. Over the past year, Swift's charitable acts have also included donating to numerous food banks across the country, visiting patients at Children's Mercy Hospital last week and giving out $197 million in bonuses to everyone working on her Eras Tour.
