Teenage girl ‘raped in woods’ in broad daylight after ‘chatting to man on social media & meeting up with him’ A TEENAGE girl was reportedly raped in broad daylight after meeting up with a man she spoke to online.
Northumbria Police have launched a probe after a teenage girl was reportedly raped in Newbottle, near Sunderland, in Tyne and Wear.
It is understood that the man had been in contact with the teenager via social media before meeting up with her.
He then allegedly committed more offences against her inside a car in the car park on Houghton Road.
The vile attacks are said to have unfolded between 2.05pm and 3.40pm on Sunday September 8.
