One cute picture sees Coleen, 38, and Cass have a cuddle with Stitch from the 2002 classic Lilo And Stitch, while in another the child flashes a huge grin after being presented with a luxurious-looking Mickey Mouse birthday cake in the attraction's restaurant.
Wayne and Coleen checked into the five-star Disneyland Hotel with their children (including Cass, pictured) on arrival and explored the resort's iconic parks.
Coleen and Wayne have been together since they were 16 and speaking at her brand launch recently, the WAG said: 'It's great now that Wayne's back home as well, so we are sharing [the school run].
