An influencer has lifted the lid on the surprising dress code her ultra-exclusive gym requires members to follow. Caitlin Emiko is an Australian who moved to New York City and has been documenting her time in the Big Apple on her TikTok account ever since.

And while the workout center is sure to get you sporting rock-hard abs in no time, it demands you don black activewear while perfecting your fitness regime. In a viral video, which has so far amassed over 58,000 views, Caitlin lifted the lid on the dress code.

She showed off her strong physique while boasting her new black activewear. The 25-year-old explained that the dress code was in place to 'avoid comparison' as she revealed that when it's your birthday, you can wear a colorful workout set. She captioned the clip: 'My only motivation to go to the gym.'. 'You're only allowed to wear black activewear to my gym, let me explain why while I show you my favorite pieces,' the brunette beauty said at the beginning of the video. She added: 'There is a few reasons they do this but the first reason is to avoid comparison.'.
