Wishing him well, Ben praised, "Good luck with your recovery, what an amazing thing to be able to do," as Cat sent out her "love" to the pair.
Ben added: "Send us a postcard, Steve, and your lovely wife, when you get there.
Overjoyed, Steve said he would probably spend the winnings on a trip to Lanzarote with his wife, an annual ritual for the couple.
