Tiddler cast in full as Ted Lasso and Gavin and Stacey stars lend their voice to sweet animation A new BBC adaptation of children's book featuring a little fish with a big imagination features stars from the world of comedy and TV.. Tiddler is the twelfth animated adaptation based on Donaldson and Scheffler's work, joining the ranks with The Gruffalo, Superworm, Tabby McTat, and Zog.
Tiddler will air at 2.35pm on Christmas Day on BBC One and it's the 12th animated special of their work on the BBC following The Gruffalo, Superworm, Tabby McTat and Zog.
Ted Lasso and Game of Thrones actress Hannah Waddingham leads Tiddler’s cast as the narrator.
Tiddler will also feature the voices of child actors Reuben Kirby in the title role, and Theo Fraser as Johnny Dory.
Producer Barney Goodland says: "Tiddler is a beautifully illustrated and imaginative underwater adventure that we are thrilled to be bringing to screen.
