Tom Brady reveals what he really thinks about Bill Belichick taking North Carolina job during Fox analysis Less than a week after Bill Belichick's shock move to become the head coach at North Carolina, his longtime quarterback Tom Brady shared his thoughts on the 72-year-old's move to college football.

'I didn’t think that was an opportunity he was looking at, but they’re getting, obviously, a tremendous coach, and being in that locker room with him for as many years … those guys are going to play very hard, he’s going to coach them well, it’s a great benefit for all those players who are going to that program cause they’re getting the best coach that the NFL has ever seen, and now he’s at a college level.

Brady shared during Sunday's Fox broadcast of Eagles-Steelers that he could barely wrap his head around Belichick opting for a college gig as opposed to a pro job.

Brady and Belichick spent 20 seasons together in New England as head coach and starting quarterback, winning six Super Bowls together.

Brady didn't think Belichick was interested in making the move to Chapel Hill like many others.
