Tom, 28, and Zendaya, 28, first began dating after appearing as Peter Parker and MJ in the Marvel reboot of the Spiderman franchise. The co-stars have kept their relationship under wraps for many years but in a recent interview, Tom spoke about his long-term girlfriend and admitted she’s the ‘best thing that’s ever happened to me.’.

Nick Grimshaw told Tom that he heard that Zendaya enjoyed working with him as it meant they had the same schedule. The actor added that there’s one great cost-effective perk when it comes to dating and working together. ‘Studios love it, one hotel room,’ Tom replied to peals of laughter from the crew at the Dish Podcast.

He then joked: Separate drivers. We’re not crazy now. Listen it’s work, alright?!’. On a serious note he then said: ‘Oh God, yeah. It’s a saving grace.’. He then elaborated: ‘But it’s just that perfect thing when you’re on set and a director will give you a note that maybe you don’t agree with, or I know that she doesn’t particularly like, and it’s just that like familiar glance at each other of like, can’t wait to talk about that later.’.
