Tottenham lost a third north London derby in a row, going down 2-1 after Arsenal came from behind at the Emirates. Spurs took the lead against the run of play through Heung-min Son’s deflected strike but Arsenal equalised when Gabriel’s header from a corner crept in via a deflection off Dominic Solanke.

Leandro Trossard settled the game with an arrowed shot a minute before half-time to move Arsenal to within four points of league leaders Liverpool. Here’s how we rated the Spurs players at the Emirates…. Antonin Kinsky 7. Assertive at dealing with Arsenal’s barrage of balls into the box and confident with his feet – but should have done better for both goals, particularly Trossard’s strike.

Pedro Porro 5. Caught up the pitch for Trossard’s goal and had a tough afternoon defensively, especially when Martin Odegaard drifted to his side. Struck the outside of the post in stoppage-time. Radu Dragusin 7. Stretched but made a number of important interventions. Enjoys a backs-to-the-wall game.

Archie Gray 7. Produced another impressive display at centre-half, given his age and the occasion. Djed Spence 7. Made a great chance for Solanke with a brilliant outside-of-the-boot cross. Composed on the ball and coped well with Raheem Sterling. Yves Bissouma 4.

Lost possession ahead of Trossard’s goal and hooked at half-time after barely registering. Pape Matar Sarr 5. Booked in the first half and struggled to get into the game before being replaced at the interval. Lucas Bergvall 7. Trusted to play the second half at No6 and made a number of crucial challenges, including a last-ditch tackle to stop Sterling getting a shot away.
