- The death of "Glee" actress Naya Rivera in a California lake last week was ruled an accidental drowning by medical examiners on July 14, 2020.

In 2020 Glee star Naya - who was 33 at the time - died after drowning while out on a boat in Lake Piru, California with son Josey.
