We're almost halfway through the January transfer window - and the drama is well and truly under way. Arsenal look set to pull off a major coup with the £51million signing of Liverpool and Manchester City target Martin Zubimendi - but there already appears to be some doubt. Fans at the Emirates want to see Arsenal bring in a striker now, though, with Gabriel Jesus now likely out for the remainder of the season.
Marcus Rashford's looming departure from Manchester United has undoubtedly been the biggest talking point of the month, although Pep Guardiola's revelation that Kyle Walker wants to leave Man City is also taking up column inches. Incidentally, both players are targets for AC Milan, who've been forced to rethink their plans after forward Noah Okafor failed a medical at RB Leipzig.
City in the meantime are trying to get three deals completed. Abdukodir Khusanov, Omar Marmoush and Vitor Reis are all of particular interest to the reigning champions. Scroll down as Mirror Football brings you the latest transfer news throughout Tuesday...
Kyle Walker seems closer than ever to leaving Manchester City. The England defender is out of City's squad in its entirety for tonight's clash with Brentford. Instead, Kevin De Bruyne captains the reigning champions. Pep Guardiola revealed at the weekend that Walker had asked to leave the club. AC Milan are interested in a move for his signature.
