Travis Kelce baffled NFL fans with his behavior in the Chiefs' practice on Thursday, as footage from the session has gone viral on social media. Kelce and his Kansas City teammates are preparing to face the Bills this weekend with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.
But he appeared to be in a jokey mood just days before the game as he hid himself at one point during practice. Video from the Kansas City Star's Jesse Newell shows Kelce ducking behind a tackling pad for nearly 10 seconds. Newell added in a reply underneath the clip that he believed Kelce was trying to sneak up on Chris Jones and 'phantom dunk on him.'.
Nonetheless, fans were puzzled by the video, which has received more than three million views to date on X. Travis Kelce was in good spirits on Thursday as the Chiefs prepared for the AFC Championship. Kelce and the Chiefs are seeking their third straight Super Bowl title, and fourth in six years.
