Travis Kelce's role in the upcoming 'Happy Gilmore' sequel has been revealed, as Adam Sandler shared a trailer for the film on Wednesday. The movie, which follows the 1996 comedy classic, is set to be released in 2025 on Netflix. And a first look at Kelce's character was shared on Christmas Day, as the Chiefs tight end appeared in the trailer alongside music star Bad Bunny and 'Modern Family' actress Julie Bowen.

Appearing to assume the role of a hotel or country club employee, Kelce can be seen in a vest and tie as he greets Sandler's character. 'It's great to see you back, Mr. Gilmore,' he said. Bad Bunny also appears in the 34-second clip and is seen playing the part of Gilmore's caddy on a golf course.

Speaking on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' in August, Sandler sounded thrilled to have Kelce involved with the project. 'We have a nice something for Travis,' he began, via the New York Post. 'He's going to come by. He's a very nice guy…What a big, handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He's a stud, and he's so funny.'.
