Travis Scott has sparked controversy for appearing to smoke a joint during Netflix’s first Raw show. WWE has brought its flagship weekly show, Monday Night Raw, to the streaming platform, making its debut with the likes of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Hulk Hogan.
But the star-studded event, which also featured cameos from Logan Paul and The Undertaker, had fans talking about rapper Scott, who walked into the ring with ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso ahead of his fight against Drew McIntyre. Scott, 33, was caught on camera making his way into the arena, with a wrestling belt over one arm, and what appeared to be a joint in the other.
Plenty of fans took to social media to share their thoughts, with @Fiend4FoLIows writing: ‘WWE arent even using smoke effects for this entrance that’s just from Travis Scott’s blunt.’. ‘This man Travis Scott just walked out on Raw with a blunt lol thats wild It really is a new era dawg,’ @JulianWks said.
‘I thought it was a vape at first but nope,’ @Nikki_0422 replied. ‘Travis Scott smoking weed on #RawOnNetflix. @WWE abandoned that PG rating pretty quickly,’ @kyzman added. @annacdemarco wrote: ‘They have Travis Scott walking in with Jey Uso while smoking a blunt wtf dude.’.
