The court heard previously how Taktouk's dad Youssef Taktouk was one of the richest men in Ibadan, Nigeria, and was worth around £187million.
Elie Taktouk married Lebanese model Daniella Semaan in 1998 but they split 13 years later when she dumped him for the ex-Arsenal star.
They had made an initial investment to buy the property - and then made ten additional investments at Taktouk's request for works to be done while he was project manager.
Taktouk was convicted of 11 counts of fraud and forgery offences relating to a failed property redevelopment in Knightsbridge.
