Last year's 6am UK start has been pushed even earlier to 4am.
"This adjustment is based on feedback, insights and experience from the first two races, expanding opportunities for fans to explore the destination and continuing to engage with more fans across the US," a spokesperson for the event said. "Details on the event and road closure schedules will be shared in the coming months.". Besides the Las Vegas excitement in round 22, British followers are mainly looking at the initial trio of GPs for those early-morning buzzes. Following Australia's 4am start, China follows suit with a comparative lie-in for a 7am start before lights out for the Japanese Grand Prix at 6am, reports the Express.
While UK fans may grumble over the premature rise and shine in 2025, they'll be spared from countless late nights. Mark your calendars for the Miami Grand Prix in May, which has a primetime slot for British viewers thanks to its 9pm start. For the 2024 season, the British Grand Prix will maintain its traditional 3pm start time, while the Monaco Grand Prix also remains unchanged with lights out at 2pm. The season's final showdown in Abu Dhabi is set for a 1pm start for UK fans.
