Urgent hunt for driver after woman ‘dragged into hatchback car and attacked inside’ as cops release CCTV AN urgent hunt is underway after a woman was seen being dragged back into a car and assaulted as she tried to get out.
A greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "We have been conducting house to house, CCTV and dashcam footage enquiries since the report, trying to establish the full circumstances of what may have happened.
It's understood she was then dragged back into the dark coloured hatchback and attacked, before it headed towards Davenport Train Station.
The woman is described as being white, wearing dark coloured leggings and UGG boots.
“So far, these enquiries have proven negative for locating the woman or driver, and we are now in a position of needing to appeal for the wider public’s help.
