McMahon, 79, stepped down as CEO and chairman of WWE in June 2022 and was replaced by his daughter Stephanie, before he returned six months later.
But amid his legal controversies, McMahon turned out in New Orleans for the Super Bowl, where the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs.
He was ordered to hand over documents regarding allegations of “rape, sex trafficking, sexual assault, commercial sex transaction, harassment or discrimination against past or present WWE employees".
It alleges McMahon, his wife Linda, and WWE acted carelessly in allowing the sexual abuse of minors to occur.
