SHOPPERS have rushed to get their hands on a viral "Dubai chocolate" cake bar in a UK supermarket but some customers have been left divided. Morrisons has dropped an exciting new pistachio product as the food trend sweeps the internet. Some shoppers have snapped up bars of Pistachio Kunafa Dubai Chocolate cake.

These treats are no ordinary slice of chocolate cake. Each bar is filled with a pistachio mixture and crunchy Kadayif pastry in the centre - like the iconic "Dubai Chocolate" bars that have turned into a worldwide TikTok trend. Morrisons has brought out these desserts slices by the brand Flair and they will set customers back £4 each.

Flair has described these bars as a fusion of the East and West, according to it's website. The brand said: "Experience the rich, authentic pistachio paste harmoniously mixed with delicately baked kunafa, nestled on a sumptuous bed of soft chocolate cake, all enrobed in luscious chocolate.

"Each bite offers a decadent, unforgettable taste adventure that's as unique as it is addictive.". Despite the excitement, people were left divided on these trendy cake bars, in a Facebook post. Some shoppers slammed the product for it's price with some people claiming they were not "worth" it.

One person said: "My verdict was that unfortunately they look on the wrapper much better than they taste. "Expensive for £4 and quite dry. "I would prefer to put the money towards a good quality Dubai chocolate bar or ingredients to make my own.". Another person wrote: "They're not great!....and at £4 they should be!...".
